Asha a duet with Sachin Tendulkar?
It would be of great honour for our ace batsman cricketer Sachin, when Asha Bhosle expressed her wish to sing her next duet with him. 
After a series of joint singing ventures with various personalities, including Australian cricketer Bret Lee, Sachin would be the next privileged to sing with the Diva. It would be one more accolade added to Sachin’s already brilliant achievements.
“I would love to sing with Sachin Tendulkar, but I don’t know whether he sings. I’ve never asked him about it,” Asha told PTI in an exclusive interview.
“I have heard that Sanjay Manjrekar is a good singer. I knew his father very well too,” said the Diva.
She was also in praise of Bret Lee and addressed him as a very sweet lad, it was far from what the Australian cricketers are generally perceived as!

It is good to hear that the legendry singer Asha ji is willing to sing with Sachin Tendulker, but if we talk of the realities,,,, is it digestable fora music listener to digest this kind of mixing? it is something like eating cake with bones. I am not in an intention to insult Sachin-he is the best in his field and no body can resist this fact but cricket is played with bat and balls, while singing is played by the vocal chords…… how can an artiste like Asha ji think of this? after singing with the legends like RAFI SB, KISHORE KUMAR, MANNA DEY, MUKESH and GHULAM ALI, If she intends to do so it is nothing but the result of her lack of confidence and a fear of drowning career as well as the result of exeeding age.
Ash ji please knock once at the door of your memories and recall the songs…..

In my opinion this is Ashaji’s own way of showing respect to master blaster. Both are legends in their own fields and never forgettables for any INDIAN, and we may come to know the other side of a Sports man in real life.

Dear friends!
Words like thespian, legend,incomparable are very good to listen but very hard to achieve for onself and when one is successful to achieve these words and starts to be called as a living legend or incomparable it is a hard time for the person to maintain the dignity and high value of these words.
Sachin is no doubt incomparable and Asha ji is undoubtfully a legend. Both of them are supremo in their own fields BUT again I am telling you being a cricketer and being a singer are totally two different things. Can anyone imagine Asha ji playing cricket in the ground??? or if she plays …can she make that kind of scores what she has made in music industry .
Paying respect is a different thing that never matches the reality or one can easily recall the songs sung with Sanjay Dutt.
Asha ji why are you planning to tease the souls of O.P.Nayyar, Naushad, Madan Mohan,Shankar Jaikishan, MOHD.RAFI, MUKESH, KISHORE KUMAR,MANNA DEY AND even R.D.Burman????????

I am a fan of yours, your voice, your accent, your versatality and the rainbow of voice you have spread on the sky of music but please be rational upon expressing your words, it may not only hurt your fans but can create a fuss for you too.
